We tend to get stuck when we respond to things outside of us… current events, the news, how people treat us, the stock market, bank foreclosures, and then… having a feeling that is negative.

The law of attraction states that you will attract into your life… whether it's wanted or unwanted whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to.

When we respond unconsciously to what happens around us, we tend to stay “stuck” in our current condition. This is why most people’s lives never seem to change very much. They get stuck in a cycle of recreating the same reality over and over… by the negative vibration they are sending out.

This keeps the cycle going over and over… until they choose to change how they think. It's possible to get out of this vicious cycle in three simple steps.

Step 1: Identify what you want
Identifying your dreams and create a picture that creates passion, feeling, inspiration and vibration that is sent out to the universe… the universe will respond to that vibration.

Step 2: Raise your vibration level
Use affirmations… Your job is to create a vibrational match for your dream. How would you be feeling if you already had that dream? Your job is to identify what makes you feel good and do more of it by using affirmations.

Step 3: Release it and allow it
Simply release your affirmation, your feelings, and your vibration to the universe to take care of your “request”.  If you have contradictory thoughts or any doubt, then you're not allowing it. You're pushing it away and you end up with contradictory messages to the universe.

Affirmations are an important component in raising your vibrational level… Remember… the law of attraction does not respond to the words you use or the thoughts you think. It simply responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think. Your feelings create vibrations. Your positive affirmations will replace your contradictory thoughts.
