So first, a little bit about me… Coach Freddie:
I'm a Lifestyle Coach helping people close the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be… guiding entrepreneurs to be more healthy, more wealthy, more abundant and helping them get clear on what's important to them and keep them in action daily with confidence and impact.

I show people how the Law of Attraction can help build a business that supports their most important dreams with Lifestyle Strategies.

I have over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, management and training. In the mid 1990's I started meditating and studied with Deepak Chopra and became a Certified Meditation Instructor with The Chopra’s Center of Well Being.

I've served on the board of directors and member of the Pittsburgh Coaches Association.

Now… how did it all start:
My first career started in the baking industry in Western PA. I had a big dream and passion for baking and wanted to BE a professional baker

I Decided to go to school and received a degree in the Science and Technology of Baking and was offered a position in San Francisco to managed the world’s largest sour dough French bread bakery.

After the baking career I worked in different industries and marketed and sold a variety of products and services to help improve business and profits.

Business Experiences:
I've sold everything from advertising to business opportunities and sales seminars to meditation classes and now Lifestyle Coaching, Bringing Back The American Dream.
