How Do We Build Achievement

Ralph Marston says: “Achievement is built by giving the best of your focus and your efforts to each moment. And as you build it, achievement builds you.”

Thought for the day…

Great post, Coach Freddie! I think one of the other key things to remember is a balance between pushing for your goals and resting. If you don't do enough of the former, you will rust out, and if you don't do enough of the latter, you will burn out. Neither is good, because they ruin our efforts at a sustained effort.

Nice Video, Coach.  You said it best and I truly believe that achievement and success are attained with persistent action and a commitment to always succeed no matter what the circumstances.
