visualize what we want, that's like us asking the universe for what we want, and when we use Lifestyle Meditation, that's when we create a relaxed state, ready to receive what we want.

Lifestyle Meditation is similar to mantra techniques from India and it is available in a format that can be easily learned and practiced by everyone.

Okay… you may think meditation… I can’t shut off my thoughts… or I just fall asleep. Well… think about this for a minute… meditation is the process of replacing our mental chatter with silence which allows us to get in touch with our true self, our soul, and that is where great possibilities unfold, where stress is released, and where choices are infinite. This is an important part of receiving.

Lifestyle Meditation is one of the most powerful tools there is to help us restore the harmony within us and to gain access to our body’s inner intelligence’s. In meditation, we rediscover the silence in our mind and make it part of our life.

What are mantras?
Mantras are instruments of the mind. In the
Lifestyle Meditation training you will be using a "personal mantra, unique only to you"

When we silently repeat a personal mantra, it helps to take our awareness away from the daily activity of the mind to the stillness of our spirit. The effect relaxes our mind, relaxes our body and nourishes our soul.
