Hey Donna… thanks for dropping by. You’re right… being a vegetarian all the time is the best, but some folks need a way to at least get started. Hope to see you soon…

Being a weekday vegetarian is an interesting concept. The title infers you will eat meat on the weekend. It certainly may have its benefits, much like sticking to a good diet and having a "free" day  once a week can help you actually succeed.

We are too used to be a Carnivore instead of Herbivore. But nonetheless, with too much meat is not good for our body. Is good to set a meal as a vegetarian meal rather than all times vegetarian.

I have tried a very good vegetarian meal before and that’s the best I have ever tried and I don’t mind taking it everyday 🙂

Hi Martin… being a veggie every day is best, but some people need to start slow.

Hi Pat… thanks for stopping by. Some people just need a boost. A “free” day is what some people need.
