Affirmations help the Law of Attraction and should be phrased in a positive and matter of fact manner… like using "I AM" and " I HAVE" as if it were already a fact. "I AM" is a very powerful phrase. It determines your self image.
Use positives not negatives… if you say, "I will NOT get stressed," the mind disregards the NOT and focuses on stress. So… Use positives stating, "I am calm and confident in all situations" then repeat your suggestion firmly with positive emotion.
It will be the power of repetition that causes the mind to act upon the affirmation.
