Coach Freddie here… I have been following Deepak Chopra for over 15 years now. While reading his books and listening to his tapes, I decided to take his advice and learn how to meditate. So in the mid-1990s I took a course and learn how to meditate and shortly after that I found out that Deepak was looking for meditation instructors and I had an "A-Hah" moment.
So right then ant there I decided that's what I want to do. So I took a year-long course and became a certified meditation instructor with the Chopra Center for well-being. By the way… Deepak was talking about the law of attraction long before they called it the law of attraction.
