If you're going to be a successful entrepreneur and create a life of your dreams, you have to believe that you're capable of making it happen. You really have to believe in yourself. Whether you call it self esteem, self-confidence, or you believe you have what it takes, the abilities, talents, and the skills to create your dreams and desires, you have to control yourself talk and eliminate any negative and limiting beliefs, and remain positive.

Your Silent Mind
Your silent mind is like the crew of the ship and you're the captain. It's your job to give the crew orders, and when you do this, the crew takes everything you say literally. The crew (your silent mind) has no sense of humor. It just blindly follows orders and when you say things like, "I'm stupid" your crew hears that as on order and guess what… you guessed it, you start acting stupid.  Or you might tell your crew "I'm very intelligent and if I don't know something I can learn".

Your Self-Talk
According to researchers, we think as many as 50,000 thoughts a day, that's a lot. However, a lot of these thoughts are negative. In order to get what you want in life, you need to switch to more positive thoughts. If you have negative thoughts like… nothing works out for me, switch them to positive thoughts like… I am smart enough to figure this out. Unfortunately for most people, they don't realize they are committing negative self talk.

Affirmations are one of the most powerful tools for building worthiness and self-confidence.  We repeat positive statements until they become a natural part of the way we think. These affirmations are used to send positive suggestions to your silent mind (unconscious mind) instead off negative self talk.
