Let's Be Like Children… Again and Dare to Dream Big!
Wayne Dyer wrote a great little book, "No More Holiday Blues" and pointed out that "Holidays are for Children"and children attitudes are a little different than adult attitudes.

Is Your Dream Big Enough?

Children: “I can’t wait to see all the lights and decorations every place.”
Adults: “They put those decorations up earlier every year. I can’t believe they are doing it already.”
Children: “It sure is fun to see the stores full of people and all of the special gifts displayed.”
Adults: “Christmas is more commercial every year. I hate the crowds and the pushing and shoving.”
Children:“I don’t think the big day will ever get here… I just can’t wait.”
Adults: “I don’t think this season will ever end. It seems to get longer every year.”
Children: “Let’s send out holiday cards to everyone we know.”
Adults: “Let’s send out less cards this year by eliminating those who didn’t send us cards last year.”
Children: “What can I buy for Gramma, Billy, my teacher, the neighbors….?”
Adults: “I don’t think I should do anything for those people. They aren’t that important to me.”
Children: “Boy oh boy, we get to see everyone in the family, that’s what I love about the holidays.”
Adults: “We have to put up with those never-ending, boring relative gatherings again.”
Children: “We get to have a big dinner with all the trimmings.”
Adults: “We have to go to all the trouble of fixing dinner, and for what?”
Holidays are for children, so let's be like children again… You see kids have big dreams and most adults have forgotten about their dreams
Remember… it's never too late to have a happy childhood.
